Pickup
Which stores can I pickup from?
All pickups are from our Lakefield store. We can sometimes accommodate pickups at other locations - just contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What do I need to bring with me to pickup?
You'll need your "ready for pickup" email for the pickup code.
Can someone else pickup for me?
Yes, but they will need to have the pickup code from your "ready for pickup" email, so be sure to forward it to them.
How does your pickup process work?
We'll ask for your name and order number to pull up you order details and then we'll ask for your pickup code to release the order.
Delivery
How far do you deliver?
We deliver within 500km of our Lakefield store.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is $10 + $1.50/km. There is an optional upgrade to Concierge delivery which would have us delivering the item right to your dock or preferred location, unpacking it, and taking all of the packaging with us when we go.
Will you setup the item for me or bring it to my dock?
Standard delivery includes unloading in the driveway. We do offer Concierge delivery which would have us delivering the item right to your dock or preferred location, unpacking it, and taking all of the packaging with us when we go.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
Yes, someone needs to be home to accept the delivery.
Shipping
How far do you ship?
We ship across Canada.
What items can be shipped?
All items can be shipped except for: rentals, kayaks, canoes, pedal boats, water parks, and SUPs. We can sometimes accommodate shipping these items with alternate carriers, just send us a messgae and we'll do our best to accommodate.
How long does shipping take?
Between 2 and 8 business days from the time of fulfillment (1-2 days) depending on your selection during checkout.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
